1. Can I change my order after placing it?


No. Orders cannot be modified, edited, or canceled once submitted.



2. Do you combine orders for shipping?


No. All orders are processed and shipped individually.



3. Do you ship internationally?


We currently ship within the United States only.



4. What if my package is delayed?


Carrier delays due to weather, holidays, or high-volume periods are outside our control and are not eligible for refunds.



5. What if my item arrives damaged?


If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.



6. Are colors shown accurately?


Colors may vary slightly due to lighting and screen settings.



7. What if an item goes out of stock after I order?


In rare cases of inventory discrepancies, you will be contacted immediately and refunded in full.



8. Do you offer discounts or coupon codes?


Discounts are offered at our discretion. We cannot create custom coupon codes upon request.



9. Can I reserve or hold an item?


No. All items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.



10. What if I refuse my package?


Refused or returned packages remain final sale and are not eligible for refund.



11. Do you accept returns or exchanges?


All sales are final. Exchanges are only offered in the rare event of an error on our end.



12. Do you offer free shipping?


Yes. All orders ship free within the United States.



13. Do you offer gift wrapping?


Not at this time.



14. Do you include receipts?


A digital receipt is automatically emailed after purchase.



15. Do you offer wholesale?


Not at this time.



16. Is your jewelry waterproof?


Jewelry is not intended for prolonged water exposure. Remove before swimming, bathing, or exercising.



17. Is your jewelry safe for children?


Our pieces are designed for adult wear only.
