Returns

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns on any jewelry or accessories.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued in cases where we made an error, such as sending an incorrect or defective item. If this occurs, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.

Order Cancellations

Orders begin processing immediately. Cancellation requests are not guaranteed. If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order. If the order has not entered fulfillment, we will try to accommodate the request. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
