Processing Time

Orders are processed in the order they are received.

Processing time is 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).

Weekends and holidays are not processing days.

Tracking Information

All orders include tracking.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your address before completing checkout.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows the package as delivered, we are unable to replace or refund the order.

For lost or stolen packages, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.

Order Changes or Cancellations

Once an order has entered processing or shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled.
